About IDACORP INC

IDACORP Inc is a holding company whose main operating subsidiary is Idaho Power, an electric utility serving approximately 664,000 retail customers in southern Idaho and eastern Oregon. Idaho Power generates, transmits, distributes, and sells electric energy primarily to residential, commercial, industrial, and irrigation customers. The company operates under regulatory oversight from state commissions in Idaho and Oregon as well as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
