Terms of Service

Analyze Portfolio ("the Service") is operated by Deep Digital Ventures, LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Analyze Portfolio is a personal finance tool that helps you track stock portfolios. It provides market data, analytics, and AI-powered research for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or any unlawful purpose. Equity Research on paid plans is unlimited for normal, interactive use; we may throttle or suspend automated, scripted, or extreme-volume usage that degrades the Service for others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Data Accuracy

We source market data from third-party providers and make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use at your own risk.

Short interest figures are sourced from FINRA (Consolidated Short Interest). FINRA is the owner and source of that data, which is included in the Service at no additional or incremental charge. You may use FINRA-sourced data only for your own personal or professional purposes, and you may not publish, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide it to any other person or service. No FINRA endorsement of the Service is implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the consumer-protection law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
