Terms of Service
Analyze Portfolio ("the Service") is operated by Deep Digital Ventures, LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Analyze Portfolio is a research and monitoring service for US-listed equities. It lets you record and track portfolios you enter yourself, and it publishes company financial information drawn from SEC filings alongside market data, screening, peer comparison, institutional and insider ownership records, and AI-assisted research over those sources. Company figures are presented as reported in the underlying filing or with the calculation that produced them; the Service does not provide analyst estimates, price targets, or recommendations.
The Service does not connect to brokerage accounts, does not execute or place orders, and does not take custody of any assets or funds. Everything it provides is informational, as set out in section 2.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or any unlawful purpose. Equity Research on paid plans is unlimited for normal, interactive use, subject to a daily fair-use ceiling; we may throttle or suspend automated, scripted, or extreme-volume usage that degrades the Service for others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, which stops all future charges. On monthly billing you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that payment is not refunded. On annual billing you may instead request a refund of the unused whole months remaining in your term; access ends when the refund is issued. Nothing here limits a refund required by applicable law.
6. Data Accuracy
We source market data from third-party providers and make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use at your own risk.
Short interest figures are sourced from FINRA (Consolidated Short Interest). FINRA is the owner and source of that data, which is included in the Service at no additional or incremental charge. You may use FINRA-sourced data only for your own personal or professional purposes, and you may not publish, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide it to any other person or service. No FINRA endorsement of the Service is implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the consumer-protection law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
