How it works

Add what you own

Enter your holdings by hand or paste a CSV from your broker. It reads the common broker formats, including international tickers and ISIN-keyed exports.

See where you stand

Returns, allocation, sector and currency exposure, and risk metrics, plus dividend income and how you stack up against a benchmark.

Read the filings yourself

Look up any of 3,700+ US-listed companies and quickly find what they reported. Search a 10-K, line them up against peers, or save a model.

Research

The numbers come from the filing

Open any covered company and you get its financials the way it reported them to the SEC, pulled from the XBRL data in its 10-K and 10-Q. Click a figure and you land on the filing it came from. When a company files something new, it appears here within about fifteen minutes.

Built for tracking a real portfolio

Everything below is computed on the sample portfolio at the top of this page.

What you're actually exposed to

63% of this portfolio sits in Technology. Concentration is the risk people miss, because a list of tickers doesn't show it.

Weights are derived from the sample share counts and the prices shown above.

Who else owns what you own

6 of these 6 holdings are held by the superinvestors we track. Screeners can tell you who owns a stock; only your own portfolio can tell you this.

Form 13F, long US-listed positions only, as of 2026-06-30. Filed quarterly and up to 45 days after quarter end, so it is never "just bought".

What your holdings just filed

Every holding's most recent filing, picked up within about fifteen minutes of hitting EDGAR. The annual and quarterly reports, not the Form 4 noise.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan tracks real portfolios at market prices, the full analytics, dividend tracking, and one guided Equity Research answer so you can see what the research looks like. Premium adds Equity Research in full: the assistant, screening, watches, and answers cited to the filing they came from on our deep-coverage companies.

Where do the financials come from?

From SEC EDGAR, the SEC's public filing database. The figures are as the company reported them. Prices come from market-data providers. None of it is an analyst estimate.

How current is everything?

Prices load when you open or refresh a page and are cached for up to five minutes, so they can run a few minutes behind the market. Every portfolio and watchlist view carries a "Prices as of" timestamp, and any price we could not refresh is marked delayed rather than shown as current. Some international and fallback feeds run further behind. A new SEC filing is usually searchable within about fifteen minutes of being filed.

Can I track stocks outside the US?

Yes. Portfolios support multiple currencies and convert to your base currency. If a rate is unavailable for one holding, it is left out of your totals and marked rather than converted at a guess. The deeper filing-level research covers US-listed companies.

How does the screener work?

You describe what you want in plain English, such as “profitable healthcare companies under 20 times earnings,” and it returns matches from the SEC data. You can also set exact filters instead.

Is my data private?

Your portfolio is yours. Passwords are hashed, sessions are secure, and you can delete your account and its data whenever you want. The privacy policy has the full detail.

Do you give investment advice?

No. Everything here is information drawn from public filings and market data. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Can I import from my broker?

Yes. Paste or drop a CSV export and it reads the common broker formats, including international tickers and ISIN-keyed exports like DEGIRO or Trade Republic. Direct broker connections aren't available yet.

How many companies can I research?

3,700+ US-listed companies have as-reported financials and screening today, though which figures resolve varies by company: some are deliberately blank where a number cannot be produced honestly. Filing TEXT search, which is what lets an answer quote a passage, covers a smaller set of 504 companies.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings. On monthly billing your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. On annual billing you can ask us to refund the unused whole months of your term, and access ends when the refund is issued.
