Questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. On monthly billing your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. On annual billing you can ask us to refund the unused whole months of your term, and access ends when the refund is issued.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Your portfolios, positions, transactions and notes stay as they are, and you can keep viewing and editing all of them. The full account export (JSON) works on every plan. What pauses is the Premium layer: CSV export and Equity Research stop, research Watches stop being checked, and public share links stop resolving (the links themselves are kept, and start working again if you upgrade later). Price alerts beyond the free allowance stop firing, and the rest keep working. While you are over a free limit you can still use what you have, you just cannot add more.

- Financial statements come from each company’s own SEC EDGAR filings. Valuation figures such as P/E and market cap use market data. See the full breakdown.
