Gaming & Leisure Properties, Inc. (GLPI) is a real estate investment trust that acquires, finances, and owns real estate properties leased to gaming operators under long-term triple-net leases. The company serves gaming operators such as PENN Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment, Boyd Gaming, Bally's Corporation, and others by providing real estate for their gaming and related facilities across 20 states. GLPI's portfolio includes interests in 69 gaming properties and related facilities, and it also extends loans that may convert into leased rent upon project completion.
