About CONSOLIDATED EDISON INC

Consolidated Edison Inc. is a holding company that owns utilities providing regulated electric, gas, and steam delivery services primarily in New York and New Jersey. Its main subsidiaries include Consolidated Edison Company of New York, which serves about 3.7 million electric customers and 1.1 million gas customers, Orange and Rockland Utilities, serving approximately 0.3 million electric and 0.1 million gas customers, and Con Edison Transmission, which develops and invests in electric transmission projects. The company serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers within its service areas.
