About DONEGAL GROUP INC

Donegal Group Inc. is an insurance holding company whose subsidiaries provide property and casualty insurance in 21 states across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, South, and Southwest regions of the United States. Its insurance products include commercial lines such as commercial automobile, multi-peril, and workers’ compensation policies, as well as personal lines including homeowners and private passenger automobile insurance. The company primarily serves smaller to mid-sized regional communities through its insurance subsidiaries, which operate under a pooling agreement with Donegal Mutual Insurance Company.
