CNX Resources Corp is an independent company focused on developing, producing, and managing natural gas and related midstream operations primarily in the Appalachian Basin. The company operates mainly in shale formations such as the Marcellus and Utica Shales across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, as well as coalbed methane properties in Virginia. CNX serves energy markets by extracting and supplying natural gas and natural gas liquids, with a significant portion of its production coming from shale gas.
