About NVR INC

NVR, Inc. is a homebuilding company that constructs and sells single-family detached homes, townhomes, and condominiums primarily on a pre-sold basis. It operates under the trade names Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and Heartland Homes across 37 metropolitan areas in 16 states and Washington, D.C. The company also offers mortgage banking and title services to its homebuyers through its subsidiary NVR Mortgage Finance, Inc.
