NI Holdings, Inc. is a holding company for several insurance subsidiaries, including Nodak Insurance Company, American West Insurance Company, Battle Creek Insurance Company, Primero Insurance Company, and Direct Auto Insurance Company. These subsidiaries provide property and casualty insurance products such as private passenger auto, homeowners, farmowners, commercial multi-peril, crop hail, and non-standard auto insurance across various states in the U.S. NI Holdings serves individual and commercial policyholders primarily in North Dakota and surrounding regions through a network of exclusive and independent agents.
