Global Indemnity Group, LLC operates primarily through two subsidiaries: Katalyx Holdings LLC, a specialty insurance intermediary with agencies and specialized insurance service businesses, and Belmont Holdings GX, Inc., which owns five statutory insurance carriers licensed across the United States and territories.
