About CAVCO INDUSTRIES, INC.

Cavco Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures factory-built homes, including manufactured homes, park model RVs, vacation cabins, and modular commercial structures. The company distributes its products through a network of independent and company-owned retailers, planned community operators, and residential developers across the United States and Canada. Cavco also offers mortgage financing through its subsidiary CountryPlace Acceptance Corp. and provides property and casualty insurance for manufactured home owners via its subsidiary Standard Casualty Company.
