Chord Energy Corp is an independent exploration and production company focused on acquiring, exploring, developing, and producing crude oil, natural gas liquids, and natural gas primarily in the Williston Basin. The company operates over 3,900 net producing wells and manages approximately 1.3 million net leasehold acres, mainly in the Middle Bakken and Three Forks formations.
