About BrightSpire Capital, Inc.

BrightSpire Capital, Inc. is a commercial real estate credit real estate investment trust that originates, acquires, finances, and manages a diversified portfolio primarily consisting of commercial real estate senior mortgage loans and net leased properties. The company also selectively invests in mezzanine loans and preferred equity, often in conjunction with senior mortgages on the same properties. BrightSpire serves commercial property developers, owners, and tenants by providing mortgage financing and managing long-term net leased commercial properties.
