About AMEREN CORP

Ameren Corp is a public utility holding company based in St. Louis, Missouri. It owns subsidiaries that operate rate-regulated electric generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as natural gas distribution businesses primarily in Missouri and Illinois. Ameren serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers through its subsidiaries Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois, and ATXI, which also operate electric transmission services regulated by various state and federal agencies.
