About Seadrill Ltd

Seadrill Ltd is an offshore drilling contractor that provides drilling services to the oil and gas industry worldwide. The company owns and operates drillships and semi-submersible rigs for drilling in shallow to ultra-deepwater environments, serving customers such as oil super-majors, state-owned national oil companies, and independent oil and gas companies. Seadrill also offers management services for certain affiliated drilling units and operates a fleet that includes technologically advanced rigs designed for both benign and harsh environments.
