About LivaNova PLC

LivaNova PLC is a global medical technology company that designs, develops, manufactures, and sells products and therapies in two main areas: cardiopulmonary and neuromodulation. Its cardiopulmonary segment provides devices such as heart-lung machines, oxygenators, autotransfusion systems, and cannulae used in heart surgeries for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. The neuromodulation segment offers implantable devices that deliver therapy for drug-resistant epilepsy, treatment-resistant depression, and obstructive sleep apnea.
