About FRIEDMAN INDUSTRIES INC

Friedman Industries, Inc. manufactures and processes metals through two main segments: flat-roll products and tubular products. The flat-roll segment produces sheet, plate, and slit coil metal products at multiple facilities across the United States, serving primarily metal distributors and manufacturers of metal products. The tubular segment operates pipe mills in Texas producing welded pipes for line pipe, oil country pipe, and structural uses, selling mainly to steel and pipe distributors nationwide.
