About Five Point Holdings, LLC

Five Point Holdings, LLC develops and owns mixed-use planned communities in California, including large residential and commercial spaces in Los Angeles County, San Francisco County, and Orange County. The company sells residential and commercial land sites to homebuilders and developers, provides development management services, and offers asset management services to land banking funds focused on residential lot programs.
