Biglari Holdings Inc. is a holding company with subsidiaries operating in diverse industries including property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, brand licensing, media, restaurants, and oil and gas. Its largest subsidiaries franchise and operate restaurants under the Steak n Shake and Western Sizzlin brands, serving American-style food through company-operated and franchised units.
